Senior Manager ICT Job Description

The Senior Manager ICT will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping the strategic direction, daily operations, and continual advancement of Omni's technology environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support a high-performing ICT team.
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee ICT projects from initiation through to completion.
  • Develop and implement ICT policies aligned with strategic business goals.
  • Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of network systems, data management, and software applications.

The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on technology leader with a strong track record of managing ICT operations in complex environments.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, and 7–10 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience managing IT teams, projects, and infrastructure.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as the Essential Eight.
  • A collaborative mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement and ICT governance.
