Position: Supervisor, Customer Service - Revenue Cycle
Location: Full-Time Days, Corporate Office, 1077 Gorge Boulevard
Summary: Oversees patient billing activities, collaborates with the Director of Patient Financial Experience, assigns work, monitors staff performance, and handles escalated patient questions. Responsible for developing and evaluating plans for patient billing concerns and satisfaction, monitoring vendor quality, and managing incoming mail and electronic documents.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field. Experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis.
- Three years of healthcare industry experience involving patient financial issues.
- One year in a supervisory role.
- Understanding of Revenue Cycle processes, insurance, and health requirements.
- Call Center experience preferred.
- Ability to establish standardized SOPs and interact effectively with patients.
Physical Demands: Sedentary, exerting up to ten pounds of force occasionally.
Compensation: $22.61/hr - $27.14/hr, plus comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement, and more.
