Customer Service Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a customer service representative to provide exceptional support to our customers. As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences and educating them on our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service to ensure repeat business and drive sales growth
  • Educate customers on our product offerings and services
  • Ensure all transactions are completed in compliance with relevant regulations
  • Follow company policies and procedures

  • Complete all transactions accurately, including cash handling
  • Use our point-of-sale system to access information and process transactions efficiently
  • Resolve customer complaints or refer them to management for resolution
  • Contribute to a clean and organized store environment that meets customer expectations
Requirements:
  • Previous customer service experience in industries such as hospitality, retail, or food service is preferred
  • Ability, willingness, and comfort interacting with customers
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to offer products and services based on customer needs and preferences
  • Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking abilities
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Must possess honesty and integrity
  • Able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • English fluency is required; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
