Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated employees to assist store management with daily operational functions, including providing excellent customer service and handling other responsibilities assigned by management.

  • Builds relationships with customers by demonstrating strong customer service skills and identifying their needs.
  • Displays knowledge of fashion and trends, satisfies customer needs, and maintains standards while building relationships.
  • Assists with shipments, merchandising, restocking, and pricing.
  • Maintains a positive attitude toward the job and company.
  • Complies with and enforces all company policies.
  • Embraces service training and product programs.
  • Supports the training of all employees in suggested selling and merchandising techniques.
  • Actively minimizes inventory shrinkage by protecting the store against theft.
  • Enforces proper point of sale procedures and investigates discrepancies with management.
  • Keeps management informed of important developments and necessary information for effective management.
Requirements:
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Excellent command of the English language to communicate effectively.
  • Demonstrated leadership and ability to work under minimum supervision.
  • Open availability and flexibility to meet customer demand.
  • Basic fashion and style trend knowledge.
  • Proven track record in building and working as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work in multiple stores within the assigned district.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift, carry, push/pull up to 50 lbs, work extended hours, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable transportation.
