Retail Banking Role

We are seeking a professional to fill this position. As the face of our organization, you will be responsible for customer care and product/service offerings that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve individual sales targets by identifying, marketing, and recommending beneficial bank products and services.
  • Process transactions, open accounts, and perform account maintenance tasks.
  • Handle branch servicing duties such as vault balancing, cash ordering, and automated teller machine maintenance.
  • Employ problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and concerns in a manner consistent with excellent customer service standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3 years of relevant and transferable sales and/or customer service experience; or an Associate's degree and 1 year of relevant and transferable sales and/or customer service experience; or a Bachelor's degree.
  • Previous instore banking experience is preferred but not required.
  • Must be positive and engaging.
