Restaurant Operations Director

The primary role of a Restaurant Operations Director encompasses overseeing the entire restaurant operations, encompassing financial performance, product production, inventory management, personnel development, sales strategies, and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership Role: Ensures the restaurant operates in accordance with established operational guidelines.
- Employee Development: Hires, trains, and develops employees on all company safety and operational policies and procedures.
- Customer Service: Assists in taking and preparing customer orders while adhering to friendly, sanitary, and food control procedures.
- Store Management: Maintains a culture of safety awareness and efficiently staffs the store based on sales volume or approved recommendations.
- Administrative Tasks: Completes necessary paperwork, cash deposits, and prepares daily reports, inventory updates, and other required documentation.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration or related field preferred.
