Restaurant Operations Specialist

The Assistant Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless restaurant operations, collaborating closely with the General Manager to execute all aspects of restaurant management and overseeing specific areas within the restaurant.
- Manage the entire restaurant operation during scheduled shifts, maintaining critical standards for product quality, service quality, cleanliness, sanitation, and speed of service.
- Assist in executing our business strategy as directed by the General Manager, and ensure that all key performance indicators are incorporated into daily operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service in all areas, responding promptly to customer complaints and taking action to resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Accurately complete designated duties such as inventory control, ordering of products, cash management, and optimize profits by controlling product and labor costs.
- Communicate and oversee the execution of product promotions and staff hourly employees through hiring, orientations, ongoing feedback, and performance reviews.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of management experience at a restaurant chain
- Dedication to providing exceptional customer service
- Effective time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to work a minimum of 50 hours of scheduled time, including two closing shifts per week
