Restaurant Operations Manager

About the Role:

As a seasoned Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff supervision, customer service, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve restaurant performance, drive sales growth, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness to ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and implement strategies to increase revenue.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and customers to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and manage a team.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to drive business results.
