  • Work effectively as part of the team, contributing to a positive and solution-focused culture
  • Respond to daily challenges, such as staff absences or timetable changes, with composure and flexibility
  • Have demonstrated experience and be comfortable using digital tools for scheduling, reporting, and communication, with a proactive approach to improving systems and processes
