Restaurant Operations Manager

The Shift Leader is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations and providing guidance to hourly staff. This role ensures efficient service delivery and maintains a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in managing specific restaurant areas during scheduled shifts.
- Ensure proper staffing and organization through job assignments, break rotation, and task delegation.
- Conduct training and evaluation of crew members in all functional areas.
- Support employees at the point of sale with product promotions.
- Maintain high standards for guest service quality, value, and cleanliness.
- Address minor customer complaints promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with the management team on business plan execution and projects.
- Complete accurate cash accountability reports on assigned shifts.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma required.
- Minimum 1 year of management experience in a restaurant chain.
- Dedication to exceptional customer service.
- Strong teambuilding capacity.
- Proficiency in math and computer systems.
- Professionalism, strong communication skills, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours and days to support business needs.
