Senior Water Engineering Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated water engineering manager to join our dynamic team. Our organization boasts around 600 experts across Australia and New Zealand, and 6,000 globally.

About the Role:
  • Develop and execute local projects from strategy to detailed drainage design and delivery.
  • Communicate with internal/external stakeholders and contribute to project delivery across various sectors.
  • Mentor junior engineers, designers, and drafters; collaborate across engineering disciplines.
  • Apply drainage expertise to enhance project design and delivery in diverse markets.
  • Lead client-facing projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and successful outcomes.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualifications in civil engineering & CPEng (highly regarded).
  • Demonstrated client focus, high level of motivation and dedication, and ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to quickly build rapport and communicate with various stakeholders.
