Drainage Engineering Leadership

A professional with strong technical expertise and leadership skills is required to manage the delivery of high-quality drainage engineering projects.

This role involves leading project teams, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating across engineering disciplines to achieve successful project outcomes.

  • Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their knowledge and skills.
  • Apply in-depth drainage engineering knowledge to contribute to project design and delivery in diverse markets.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure quality, timeliness, and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in civil engineering and CPEng (highly regarded). Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently are essential.
