Expert Drainage Project Manager

A skilled Drainage Engineer is needed to support various projects across the transport and defence sectors in South Australia.

This role will involve managing local projects from strategy to detailed design and delivery, communicating with internal/external stakeholders, and mentoring junior engineers. The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in civil engineering and CPEng, strong client focus, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and experience with drainage modelling and design packages.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and deliver local projects from strategy to detailed design and delivery.
  • Communicate with internal/external stakeholders and assist in project delivery across various sectors.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, designers, and drafters; collaborate across engineering disciplines.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in civil engineering and CPEng.
  • Strong client focus, high level of motivation and dedication and the ability work well in a team environment as well as independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport and communicate with various stakeholders.
  • An appetite for fast-paced project delivery, and the ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.
