Principal Drainage Engineer Position
Our Water business is seeking a highly skilled Principal Drainage Engineer to join our team in Adelaide, Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver local projects from strategy to detailed drainage design and delivery.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and assist in project delivery across various sectors.
Mentor and guide junior engineers, designers, and drafters; collaborate with engineering disciplines.
Apply expertise in drainage engineering to contribute to project design and delivery in diverse markets.
Lead client-facing projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and adherence to standards.
Requirements:
Tertiary qualifications in civil engineering are essential, preferably with CPEng accreditation.
Strong client focus, high level of motivation, and dedication to delivering excellent results in a dynamic environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
A proactive approach to fast-paced project delivery, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
