CELOTTI WORKFORCE
is seeking an experienced
Human Resources Specialist
to join our client's mining operation in the
Northern Territory
. This is a permanent, site-based role offered on a 9-day fortnight roster (5/2, 4/3) with FIFO travel from Darwin.

Working closely with site leaders, this position covers the full HR generalist spectrum from recruitment, employee relations, workforce planning, and engagement, supporting a workforce in a fast-paced mining environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for operational and professional roles
  • Provide advice on employee and industrial relations matters, ensuring compliance with Fair Work and enterprise agreements
  • Partner with managers to deliver workforce strategies aligned with operational goals
  • Support performance management, investigations, and case management
  • Maintain HR reporting and metrics to support business decisions
  • Drive engagement and retention through people-focused initiatives

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline (Diploma minimum)
  • Demonstrated experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within mining, construction, or heavy industry
  • Strong understanding of Australian workplace legislation and IR frameworks
  • Experience advising leaders on HR practices and employee relations
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a site-based environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust
