Job Title: Administrator - FIFO

ISS Integrated Serv P/L is seeking an experienced Full Time Administrator to join our dynamic and professional Resources Operations Team in South Australia. This role will be Fly-In-Fly-Out (FIFO) from Adelaide Airport on a 14 days on, 14 days off roster.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate internal contacts.
  • Prepare and issue documentation for clients.
  • Book accommodation and flights.
  • Enter data into appropriate systems and maintain job records.
  • Prepare invoices using time sheets and pricing schedules.
  • Manage documents, including printing, saving, photocopying, and scanning.
  • Perform other general administrative duties.
Requirements:
  • Essential experience with SAMS.
  • Minimum 1 year of administrative or data entry experience, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in a customer service-based position, with a strong customer service ethic.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work as part of a team and autonomously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • High-level interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Sound numerical competency.
  • Flexibility to work in other departments.
