ISS Integrated Serv P/L is seeking an experienced Full Time Administrator to join our dynamic and professional Resources Operations Team in South Australia. This role will be Fly-In-Fly-Out (FIFO) from Adelaide Airport on a 14 days on, 14 days off roster.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate internal contacts.
- Prepare and issue documentation for clients.
- Book accommodation and flights.
- Enter data into appropriate systems and maintain job records.
- Prepare invoices using time sheets and pricing schedules.
- Manage documents, including printing, saving, photocopying, and scanning.
- Perform other general administrative duties.
- Essential experience with SAMS.
- Minimum 1 year of administrative or data entry experience, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in a customer service-based position, with a strong customer service ethic.
- Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work as part of a team and autonomously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- High-level interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Sound numerical competency.
- Flexibility to work in other departments.
- Supportive on-site leaders and off-site P&C team.
