Welfare Services Director

The position of Counselling and Welfare Services Manager is a pivotal role in supporting the mental health and wellbeing of students.
This individual will be responsible for leading our Student Wellbeing Department, developing and delivering high-quality clinical counselling and welfare assistance to support student wellbeing and success.
Key responsibilities include providing professional counselling and welfare support, particularly within student settings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Strong background in delivering professional counselling and welfare support, particularly within student settings.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in managing teams and developing staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with students, staff and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
