Job Title: Director of Student Welfare

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our student welfare initiatives.

The successful applicant will have:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as education or psychology;
  • A master's degree in wellbeing or a related field (desired);
  • Current registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching;

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead student wellbeing initiatives and programs;
  • Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment;
  • Collaborate with staff to promote student wellbeing;
  • Develop and implement wellbeing policies and procedures;
