Victim Support Specialist Lead

This is a leadership role within the Victims Legal Service, where you will lead a team of lawyers in providing expert advice to victims of crime.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing high-pressure teams and provide coaching and mentoring to staff to achieve excellence in service delivery.

Strong knowledge of law and procedure in Victims of Crime Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS) and/or Restitution and Compensation Order (RACO) matters, as well as ancillary legal matters in family, criminal, and civil law is essential for this role.

A current Australian practising certificate is mandatory. This position offers a supportive team environment and flexible work arrangements.
