Senior Partnership Executive

The role of Senior Partnership Executive is a leadership position responsible for building, maintaining partnerships and delivering partnership programs. This executive will play a key part in driving strategic partnerships to further the organization's goals.
Duties and Responsibilities- Strategic Partnership Development: The Senior Partnership Executive will develop and implement effective partnership strategies and plans to drive business growth.
- Partner Engagement: Engage with partners to secure financial and pro-bono support for the organization.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and develop strong relationships with partner organizations to ensure mutual benefits.
- New Partnerships: Explore opportunities to bring new potential partners on board to expand the organization's work.
- Support Corporate Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the communication team to develop and execute the corporate marketing strategy.
- Innovation Support: Assist the innovation team in reviewing donor reports and streamlining data reporting formats.
- Masters degree in Operations or related field.
- 12-15 years of experience in operations roles, with at least 7 years in leadership positions managing large teams.
- Leadership experience in the social sector is highly preferred.
Familiarity with social structures, adolescent and youth challenges, and the correlation between education and livelihood are essential skills for this role.
