A proactive and strategic account manager is sought after to join the Western Australia team and drive growth across diverse customer bases.

About the Role

This new business and account growth role focuses on supporting existing clients and identifying opportunities in the design and cabinetry sectors. You'll work with designers, cabinet makers, and commercial partners to deliver tailored product solutions and expert advice.

This role offers flexibility to operate remotely while staying connected through regular team meetings at designated locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and grow new business opportunities in WA.
  • Support and retain existing accounts through strategic engagement and service excellence.
  • Deliver expert product knowledge and tailored solutions to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Promote new product development (NPD) and share insights on market trends.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs using a relationship-first approach.
