We are seeking a seasoned business development professional to drive our growth in the earthmoving and access equipment sectors.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and building strong relationships across contractors, rental companies, and dealer networks.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts, including contractors, rental companies, and dealer networks
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS TO DRIVE BUSINESS GROWTH
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Minimum 3 years' proven sales experience in earthmoving, access equipment (AWP), or construction machinery
- Strong B2B sales background with the ability to build and manage a sales pipeline
- Solid industry network and understanding of the market landscape
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Willingness to travel as required
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
- Competitive base salary + car allowance + uncapped commission
