We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team in Sydney. This is a pivotal role where you'll be responsible for ensuring customers achieve maximum value from our technology.

Job Description:

In this position, you'll work closely with customers to understand their business needs and goals, and develop tailored solutions to drive revenue growth, retention, and customer satisfaction.

You'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service, support, and guidance to ensure they get the most out of our products. This includes owning the onboarding process, ensuring seamless handovers from sales teams, building consultative relationships, conducting regular check-ins, and identifying opportunities for additional product adoption.

Your success will be measured by your ability to drive rapid activation, high retention and satisfaction, revenue expansion, and data-driven impact. You'll also be expected to maintain impeccable CRM hygiene and be the voice of the customer within the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive customer decisions
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
