Empowering Client Results through Innovative Solutions

We are seeking a skilled Client Service Executive to empower results for clients by delivering innovative solutions. This role involves project managing assigned Enrollment Solutions deals, collaborating with Client Managers to understand client dynamics and engagement, developing content, and leading implementation calls.

The ideal candidate will report directly to the Director of Client Services (DCS) and work closely with internal and external project team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing projects to ensure timely completion and on-track progress
  • Developing and implementing client engagement strategies
  • Coordinating delivery scope and aligning with Client Managers on weekly call agendas and customer concerns
  • Defining program governance controls and planning programs
  • Monitoring progress and addressing obstacles, as well as handling risks and issues

Required skills and qualifications include two+ years of benefits experience, preferably in Voluntary Benefits, two+ years of project management experience, client management experience, and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
