Job Title: Family Law Advocate

We are seeking an experienced Family Law professional to manage complex cases, prioritizing the needs of First Nations children and families.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in divorce and family settlements, as well as a deep understanding of Child Protection laws and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of approximately 40 matters, including child protection cases advocating for First Nations children and families.
  • Prioritize the needs of First Nations children and families in all aspects of the job.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and other relevant parties.

Requirements:
  • Experience in Family Law, particularly in areas such as child protection and divorce.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
