  • Partner with journalists and editorial teams through structured interviews and workshops to understand workflow requirements and translate them into effective AI interactions.\
  • Define and document excellence benchmarks for AI outputs, ensuring adherence to accuracy, relevance, tone, and editorial guidelines.\
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive, version-controlled library of prompt patterns and strategies for organisation-wide use.\
  • Share insights and successful strategies across teams to drive ongoing improvement and learning.

Requirements:

  • Genuine passion for journalism and understanding of modern newsroom operations.\
  • Curiosity, coupled with an experimental mindset.\
  • Demonstrated elementary coding experience, preferably Python, natural language processing (NLP) and prompt engineering using different models.\
  • Strong grasp of language semantics and syntax.\
