Job Title: AI-Powered Content Specialist

Job Description:

We're seeking a highly skilled AI Prompt Engineer to join our team. As an AI-Powered Content Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in defining how artificial intelligence communicates with journalists.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the bridge between advanced AI technology and practical journalism, designing, testing, and refining prompts that guide AI models.
  • Develop and fine-tune sophisticated prompts that guide AI models to produce accurate, contextually appropriate responses for diverse journalistic applications.
  • Partner with journalists and editorial teams through structured interviews and workshops to understand workflow requirements and translate them into effective AI interactions.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Genuine passion for journalism and understanding of modern newsroom operations.
  • Demonstrated elementary coding experience, preferably Python, natural language processing (NLP), and prompt engineering using different models.
  • Strong grasp of language semantics and syntax, coupled with an experimental mindset.
