  • Develop and optimize Swaggle's organic content strategy across social media, SEO, email, and CRM platforms.

  • Collaborate with external agencies on content creation, viral social moments, and SEO growth initiatives.
  • Manage and scale CRM programs to drive smarter customer journeys and always-on campaigns.
  • Serve as the voice of Swaggle across our owned channels, ensuring engaging content that pushes boundaries, entertains pet parents, and resonates with audiences.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing with hands-on expertise across content, social media, and CRM.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing organic social channels, from developing strategies to executing campaigns.
  • Confidence in using CRM platforms and a passion for email automation, A/B testing, and optimization.
  • A data-driven approach to content, focusing on engagement, sales, and traffic metrics.
