About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Specialist to join our team at AUS Medtronic Australia. As a key member of our Commercial Service & Repair function, you will be responsible for identifying and securing direct sales opportunities.

Your primary focus will be on negotiating service contracts with customers, ensuring compliance with company guidelines, and maintaining accurate customer files. You will work closely with our Sales Management team to forecast sales and manage the sales funnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate service contracts with customers, ensuring compliance with company guidelines
  • Meet revenue and attach rate targets
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails
  • Administer, extend, and negotiate standard and nonstandard contracts
  • Collaborate with Sales Management to forecast sales and manage the sales funnel
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in negotiating service contracts within medical technology product/service sales or working in a hospital contracting department
  • Demonstrated success with sales process, lead generation, relationship building, and deal closing
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
  • A willingness to work across a complex matrix structure with a high sense of urgency
  • Strong negotiation skills and a solution-focused mindset
