We are seeking a skilled Group Reservations Executive to take up this challenging role at Novotel Sydney West HQ.

  • Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations to ensure seamless guest experience.
  • Identify guest reservation needs and determine appropriate room type to meet their expectations.
  • Verify availability of room type and rate, explaining guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies to callers.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in hotel reservations, with a preference for groups reservations.
  • A friendly, confident, and professional personality to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Flawless organisational skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Superior communication skills to effectively engage with guests.
  • Intermediate computer and Microsoft suite experience.
ResponsibilitiesReservation Management
  • Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations.
  • Accommodate and document special requests from guests.
Sales Techniques
  • Follow sales techniques to maximise revenue.
Data Entry
  • Input and access data in reservation system.
Customer Service
  • Provide guests and visitors with local information about neighbourhood attractions and amenities.
