Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Settlements Officer.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the pre-match and facilitation of settlement of external counterparty instructions in CHESS, as well as the settlement of instructions for internal movements between custodian and broker and across clients housed under the custodian.


Responsibilities

  • Pre-match and facilitate settlement of external counterparty instructions in CHESS
  • Facilitate settlement of instructions for internal movements between custodian and broker and across clients housed under the custodian
  • Resolve queries and issues from clients and client service representatives
  • Escala
  • Reconcile internal general ledgers for funding across internal counterparties
  • Prepare daily funding requirements between custodian and underlying client
  • Assist to close internal stock and cash movements for end of day completeness
