Senior Flight Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on professional to join our high-performance international flight catering team as an Operations Manager. This role is responsible for ensuring the overall safety and efficient operation of our unit, while maintaining national standards, compliance, and policies to achieve highest service delivery levels.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operational activities, coordinating, supervising, and ensuring efficient utilization of the team to provide service delivery to all our international and domestic clients and aircrafts. They will also oversee all operational and service delivery activities to ensure all flights are serviced according to MPS, meet customer SLAs, and achieve OTP.
The Operations Manager will be responsible for the profitability of the unit and managing ongoing operational costs. They will also support business development and implement systems and procedures that support the efficient and effective operation of the unit.
