Meal Coordination Specialist

The role involves coordinating prepared meal counts with customer counts for each day's flights and ensuring that flights are dispatched in line with final departure figures.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Checking and coordinating prepared meal adjustments to ensure alignment with final departure figures.
  • Acting as the final checking point prior to flight dispatch, communicating with relevant departments if any adjustments are required.
  • Adhering to company compliance and regulations.
  • Communicating with Dispatch Unit Manager to notify of irregular operations or block-outs.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar or customer-facing role.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Airside experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Availability to work a 7-day roster across morning and afternoon shifts.
  • Good communication skills.
  • A current full driver's license.
  • The ability to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) and Airside Driving Authority (ADA).
