Aviation Operations Manager

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of international flight catering facilities based at Sydney Airport.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing day-to-day operational activities and ensuring compliance with national standards and policies.
  2. Coordinating and supervising teams to deliver exceptional service to clients and aircraft.
  3. Overseeing operational and service delivery activities to achieve on-time performance (OTP) and meet customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  4. Optimizing operational costs and managing profit and loss for the unit.
  5. Developing and implementing systems and procedures to support efficient operations.
  6. Identifying opportunities for quality improvement and business development.

Requirements include demonstrated success in a similar role, strong leadership experience, agility, diplomacy, and problem-solving skills. A good understanding of Food Safety/WHS and quality assurance is also essential.
