Job Overview

This senior advisory position is a key part of helping customers achieve success with SAP Business Technology Platform.

SAP BTP is the engine for innovation through integration, extension, and analysis scenarios of the Intelligent Enterprise. This role works with cutting-edge SAP solutions to coach strategic customers towards successful cloud transformation.

  • Develop relationships with technical decision-makers in assigned accounts to ensure consumption of SAP BTP services.
  • Coordinate activities with the account team by building out a joint outcome-based plan.
  • Drive mutual understanding of IT-architecture and business value.
  • Analyze customer technical needs and execute consumption plans.
  • Instruct and prepare customers to make the best use of the solution, in alignment with SAP strategy and roadmap.
  • Be a voice of the customer to internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of experience in the IT industry, excellent understanding of one or more areas of the SAP BTP portfolio, and foundational knowledge of public cloud platforms and providers.

They should also have professional experience with implementing cloud initiatives, excellent communication and presentation skills, and strong accountability.

Additional responsibilities include managing complex organizational dynamics, continuously learning and adapting to unique business and cultural practices, and having a strong customer service mindset and empathy.

Key Responsibilities
