Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced senior project manager to lead our cloud onboarding and upgrade projects. The ideal candidate will possess a broad background in cloud computing technologies and strong advocacy and communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a healthy portfolio of cloud customers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, monitor, and close end-to-end cloud onboarding, upgrades, and projects.
  • Collaborate with engineering, security, operations, support, and product business units.
  • Define project scope per contracts, goals, deliverables, and timelines in alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage project budgets, resources, risks, and change requests.
  • E nsure compliance with cloud governance, security, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Identify and escalate project risks, resolve project issues, and blockers in collaboration with engineering and technical R&D teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement in cloud project delivery methodology and onboarding processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in project management, with at least 2-3 years focused on cloud technologies.
  • Proven experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with cloud migration and modernization projects.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator).
