Job Opportunity

We are seeking a trusted advisor to help our customers maximize the value of cloud technology. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive customer adoption and utilization of AWS services.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Enabling C-suite executives to adopt agility and deliver transformative change
  • Leading customer enablement programs to enhance customer capabilities
  • Communicating transformational concepts to executive decision-makers
  • Defining technical strategy, including establishing metrics and governance forums
  • Building solutions, providing technical guidance, and advocating for customers
  • Maintaining healthy AWS environments while reducing costs and complexity
  • Fostering trusting relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and technical challenges
  • Leading technical discussions with senior leadership regarding incidents, trade-offs, and risk management

In the long term, you will have opportunities to develop your technical, consulting, and leadership skills as we continue to grow the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
