The Role

This role involves maintaining the gym floor, ensuring all areas are clean and well-maintained, operating equipment, and providing excellent customer interaction and motivation. You will also have the opportunity to host group exercise classes with enthusiasm and creativity.

  • Maintenance of the gym floor, including cleaning, maintenance, and equipment operation.
  • Excellent member interaction and motivation.
  • Hosting group exercise classes with enthusiasm and creativity.

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Experience working in a health and fitness centre.
  • Customised exercise prescription skills.
  • A degree in a related field or certificate in fitness.
  • A Working with Children's Check.
  • A First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Qualification.
  • Responsible Conduct of Gaming Qualification.
