Customer Service Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate bookings for customer floor and event spaces
  • Assist with serving rooms, making coffee, placing catering orders with suppliers, and supporting the Manager – Customer Floor & Catering Services
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in a corporate events and/or catering role is required
  • Reception experience including answering a switchboard and managing meeting rooms
  • Previous experience supervising small events, barista experience, valid RSA and Food Handling Certificate
Additional Desirable Skills:
  • 2-3 years previous reception experience in a high-end hotel setting
  • Demonstrated ability to work with all levels of management, current first aid certificate, and strong interpersonal skills

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organisational skills.
