As a Fitness and Lifestyle Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while overseeing the fitness floor.

This role requires a strong focus on customer relations, membership sales, and exercise prescription.

Key responsibilities include:

• Exercise Prescription

• Personal training

• A hands-on approach to providing excellent member experiences

• Planning, development, and implementation of fitness programs that drive results

• Ensuring equipment is clean, safe, and well-maintained throughout the facility

• Supervision of the fitness facility floor

• Providing instruction to members on correct technique and equipment use

• Ability to design and instruct group exercise classes

• Explaining the benefits of membership and converting this to sales

• Membership administration and sales

• Current First Aid and Advanced Resuscitation Certifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as attention to detail

• Strong sales and customer service skills

• Intermediate computer literacy

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Experience in a similar role within the Fitness Industry

• Competent in providing circuit-style small group training sessions

• Ability to work a flexible roster, which includes shifts on various days, evenings, weekends, and public holidays

• A professional, polite, and courteous manner
