Job Description

As a key team member, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and coordinating various human resource projects. This involves contributing to the achievement of organizational objectives and continuous improvement through effective communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive project plans and coordinate activities to ensure timely completion.
  • Establish productive relationships with stakeholders and gather project requirements to align with organizational goals.
  • Analyze existing processes to identify areas for improvement and implement streamlined processes and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and prepare progress reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute change management plans to support leaders in leading change and facilitate employee readiness for project-related changes.
  • Identify and monitor project risks, developing mitigation strategies to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices, with experience in project management and group consultations.
  • Understanding of employment law principles is desirable.
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with change management principles and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, collaborate with stakeholders, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
