Senior People Advisor

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to join our dynamic People and Culture team. As a Senior HR Advisor, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support for the day-to-day operations of the People and Culture function on a project site.

  • Provide expert advice on policies, procedures, and industrial relations to managers on various People and Culture matters.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on organisational capability, diversity, leadership, and change initiatives.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and support the Talent Acquisition Team with recruitment as required.

This is a diverse and fast-paced role working on a significant civil / mining project based in Orange, NSW. Your knowledge of contemporary human resources will enable you to build on our established processes, influence managers, support our positive culture, and showcase your HR generalist skills in a practical environment.

We are looking for an individual with a strong understanding of industrial instruments, including Enterprise Agreements, Modern Awards, and Australian Legislation. You should also possess effective team collaboration, intermediate MS Office skills, and a strong stakeholder management and customer service focus.

In this role, you will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, meet strict deadlines, maintain confidentiality and professionalism, and prove experience dealing with internal stakeholders and strong communication skills.
