Human Resources Officer Role

About This Opportunity

This role combines the operational responsibilities of an HR Data Officer with the coordination of regional HR projects. You will be the first point of contact for HR-related queries, offering guidance to employees and managers.


Your Key Responsibilities
  • Compensation & Payroll: Support payroll processes, manage headcount, people costs within the yearly budget across the region, with particular focus on Australia.
  • Compensation & Payroll: Oversee grading, promotions, and ensure fair compensation practices for the region.
  • Compensation & Payroll: Provide data-driven insights to support business decisions and optimize HR processes across the region.
  • HR Operations & Legal Compliance: Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, and manage performance reviews.
  • HR Operations & Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and collaborate with legal teams as needed.
  • HR Projects for the Region: Implement regional HR projects, such as employer branding, talent management, and development initiatives.

Your Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR professional who has a strong understanding of Australian employment laws and regulations. You should have excellent data analytics experience and excel/tableau or equivalent management.

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in HR, with exposure to both operational and project management responsibilities.
