Role: FileNet Developer

As a FileNet Developer, you should have hands-on development experience in FileNet P8 CE & PE, FileNet Content Federation Services, IBM Enterprise Records Manager, and good Java programming skills.

Skills / Competencies:

  • 4+ years of IT industry experience, including experience in IBM Records Manager, FileNet as a Developer, Designer, and Architect.
  • Ability to define a Road Map for ECM FileNet solutions.
  • Experience in Records Management, Archival, Retrieval.
  • Working experience in Agile methodology.
  • Skills: IBM FileNet P8 (expert level), Java/J2EE (Advanced), Spring (Advanced), Junit (Advanced), iBatis/Hibernate (Intermediate), WebSphere.
  • Strong experience with P8 content engine and process engine APIs.
  • Strong consulting and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Configuring, designing, and developing on FileNet, especially with IBM Enterprise Records Manager.
  • Working in a team of technical experts on challenging projects.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced development.
  • Participating in design meetings and decisions.
  • Developing Java/J2EE components to integrate with Case Manager and FileNet.
  • Developing system monitoring tools.
  • Contributing to operational and risk activities.
  • Estimating and sizing for proposals.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Skills:

  • CMOD, Box, eDiscovery, WebSphere Administration Server, IBM HTTP Server, DB2, Enterprise Java, VSTS, Web Services, Linux, JSP, SOA, REST, SOAP.

Additional Skills:

  • Excellent customer interfacing skills, written and verbal communication, attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
