Experience leading and managing high-performing teams in digital transformation, IT strategy, and technology advisory is key to this role. As a seasoned expert, you will partner with clients to shift mindsets, shape agendas, and create value through digital programs.

Job Description

This senior-level position focuses on partnering with leading companies to drive digital transformation and innovation. You will leverage your prior experience and continuously build both a comprehensive consulting skillset and technology expertise by working on a mix of traditional and digital client cases.

  • Digital Transformation & Strategy: Helping clients rethink the impact of technology on their business and accelerate transformation efforts.
  • Technology Platforms: Designing next-gen platforms combining smart business layers, data layers, and core layers.
  • Data & Digital Platform (DDP): Enabling digital, data, and AI transformations at scale.

You will work closely with senior clients and BCG leadership to deliver projects that have a lasting impact on companies, industries, and society.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 6-10+ years' experience in a strategy, management, or technology consultancy.
  • Digital/tech start-up and/or industry experience aligned to public sector, financial institutions, industrial goods, consumer and retail, and energy.
  • Breadth and depth across IT/Digital Strategy and Transformation, CIO Advisory, Operating Models, Data & Analytics, Technology Architecture, Operational Technology (OT), and IoT.
  • Experience driving business development, presales, proposal development, and client presentations.
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and conceptual thinking.
  • Excellent communication, story-lining, client-facing, and consulting skills.
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree, preferably in an IT/Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
