Job Description:

This role offers a unique opportunity to grow your consulting skills in digital transformation, leveraging your experience in Salesforce marketing automation.

About the Role:

  • To succeed in this position, you need to be proactive, willing to learn continuously, and motivated to deliver results.
  • You will have the opportunity to take on real delivery responsibilities, progress toward Salesforce certifications, delivery skills, and leadership behaviors aligned to the Functional Consultant pathway.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

Delivering hands-on solutions for clients and internal initiatives across configuration, testing, documentation, and training.

Contributing to business analysis and requirement gathering, including interviews and workshop preparation or facilitation support.

Drafting high-quality user stories, process maps, and solution documentation.

Assisting with data migration and integration activities using established frameworks and tools.

Collaborating with project managers on client communication, risk tracking, and milestone reporting.

Progressing toward Salesforce certifications, delivery skills, and leadership behaviors aligned to the Functional Consultant pathway.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of one formal Salesforce certification required or actively being pursued.
  • Experience with community-facing platforms (e.g., marketing cloud or WordPress) is advantageous.
  • Ideally experience consulting on Web or marketing automation projects for clients who are using Salesforce.
