  • Contributes to cost control through accurate portioning and storage practices.
  • Follows standard recipes and procedures for consistency in taste and presentation, meeting our high culinary standards.
  • Works across various kitchen sections and rosters as business needs require, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Maintains high personal standards in grooming, hygiene, and professional behaviour, setting an example for junior staff and kitchen hands.
