About the role

This full-time position is based at our roastery and involves packing orders, maintaining equipment, and making deliveries.

  • Packing orders for dispatch
  • Maintaining the roastery and making deliveries
  • Gaining entry-level roasting fundamentals through training and support

This operational role offers opportunities for growth and development, including gaining insights into coffee production and developing coffee knowledge.

About you

You'll join our team to pack customer orders, drive and deliver beans to customers, and provide an excellent Allpress experience through efficient logistics and great communication.

Ideally, you'll have experience in a roastery, distribution, warehouse or barista environment and enjoy physical, task-based work.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A friendly manner and strong communication skills
  • A strong work ethic and willingness to learn new systems
  • A full driver's license (forklift license is an added bonus)
