Role Overview

As a skilled coffee professional, you will be responsible for roasting coffee to the highest standards and delivering it on schedule, meeting customer demands.

Main Responsibilities
  • Roast coffee according to required sensory profiles.
  • Collaborate with other teams to guarantee all roasts are ready on time.
  • Minimise waste and maintain quality protocols.
  • Develop knowledge of coffee origins, roast profiles, and tastes through regular cupping sessions.
Requirements
  • Focused individual able to work well under pressure.
  • Open to repetitive tasks and willing to learn new skills.
  • Passionate about coffee and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Office and teamwork software.
  • Physically fit to lift 24 kg (training provided).
  • AU working rights with unlimited validity.
