We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Infrastructure Project Coordinator. This role involves coordinating the preparation of detailed cost estimates for infrastructure projects, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex project documentation and specifications. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and suppliers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Compiling detailed cost estimates for infrastructure projects
- Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather project information and requirements
- Analyzing project documentation and specifications to identify key cost drivers and potential risks
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, colleagues, and suppliers to ensure seamless project delivery
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a related field, preferably in construction or infrastructure
